Lucky Media production is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Direct Marketing department and convert our leads into paid customers. Responsibilities: Ensure your team converts leads, keeps existing customers/clients, and increases sales by recognizing your target audience’s pain points, wants, and needs and advertising the most suitable products to them Plan Direct Marketing activities to target our leads directly and convert them into paid customers Use CRM techniques, such as email personalization and segmentation, loyalty programs, and tailored targeted marketing, to nurture relationships with existing clients/customers to achieve greater retention Conduct and coordinate research of your target audience to create offers tailored to their preferences Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all online and offline channels Requirements: 1+ years of experience in Marketing or Management Bachelor’s degree Database marketing experience Excellent strategic, analytical, and critical-thinking skills Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
